Work with Andrea
I seek to create a welcoming and nurturing environment for all of my clients
I approach my practice from a place of both clinical and personal knowledge. I’m effective at treating my clients, because I have over 17 years’ experience working in mental health, and I’ve experienced my own grief and loss. This combination of specific training and personal experience allows me to use science, empathy, and a nurturing spirit in equal parts as we work together to make you your best self.
It’s very important that all of my clients understand that no experience or trauma is “too much.” In my line of work, I have seen a lot of things, and I have worked with very strong people who just need a little extra help. I can be that calming, soothing support you need to be your best self and feel empowered.
I hold a masters degree in mental health counseling from Antioch University in Seattle.
I value the relationships I build with my clients. When I see clients grow and develop and transform traumatic events into just memories, I am energized that I get to share these breakthroughs and connections with them. Our bodies have the ability to heal…sometimes we just need a nudge in the right direction and the right support. I consider myself one part Coach, one part Teacher, and one part Therapist.
I look forward to helping you and your family be the best, most empowered You you can be as your body knows the way to go.
